Do you meet the required licensing and insurance requirements?
Yes, we are fully NSW accredited, licensed and insured
Do you have specific drop off and pick up points?
No. We offer door to door pickup and drop off.
What areas do you service?
Byron Bay, Mullumbimby, Ballina, Lismore, Nimbin, Uki, Murwillumbah, Gold Coast & Brisbane.
Who is the driver?
Mark, the owner/operator of Boomerang Bus, is the driver. He has been living within the Byron Bay region for 25 years so he knows all of the local spots you must see. He has also formed networks with many local contacts which can be beneficial for you when booking your trip.
How can we make a booking?
We take bookings via phone or email. We do so this way to ensure we can provide the best service possible.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
A payment deposit of 30% of the total payment price is to be paid within 72hrs (3 Days) of confirmation of the booking date, unless the travel date is less than 14 Days from confirmation of booking date, in which payment must be made in full.
All other balance payments are to be paid 14 Days prior to travel date unless other arrangements are made.
Any cancellation refunds will be paid less the payment deposit 30% as long as 14 Days prior notice has been given.
No refund payments will be paid if less than 14 Days prior notice is received.
